Our smiles playfully travel on racing feet
A volley from one bounces back to the other.
Smiles shared sometimes change into laughter
One slips from me to you as we grin and giggle.
Spontaneously, peeking sideways, sure enough
We catch each other sharing the same smile.
Some grins are donned while far away
I share them with others when I'm thinking of you.
Gently whispered endearments while on the phone
Invisible yet smiles strongly felt send a chill.
Reflections to you of all my heart's warmth
Yours in return, fan flames that engulf me.
No matter the task, no matter the chores
Our joint happiness ever leaps in my soul.

We are privileged to be able to go and blessed to see God work in so many lives. Many people help send us wherever we go, and we have an excellent team of interpreters who make it possible for us to communicate our messages and for prayer ministry. God shows up and shows off. No matter how tired or discouraged we might be personally, we always put it all in God's hands and let Him know that He has to show up; otherwise, it's just a religious show. He is faithful to be strong when we are weak. Some of the greatest miracles have happened in those times. That keeps us going because we know it is all God, and we are just the pipeline to the people.
